What Are The Different Memberships?

What is a General Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership.

You want a custom built Hobbit Home.

You may or may not want to participate in community events or workshares.

This is the membership for those with off-site full time jobs. 

This Membership Starts at $25,000.00 - $175,000, the initial fee is included & no difference for singles or couples.

Monthly Benefits Fee is a Standard $1000 per month.

What is a Standard Van Life RV'ers Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership. Working Is Optional.

Includes, electric hook ups, Covered or Forest parking.

Stop in at any of our communities for the same treatment.

Membership in one community gives you access to them all & gives you a Home Base.

A One Time $2500 single $3500 couple Membership Fee

You get the same benefits  for $350 a month while staying in your own rig.

What is a Premium Van Life RV'ers Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership.

You Do Not Have To Work!

You get to choose one of our fancy tax free, maintained free, natural homes, they include all our other regular workshare member benefits, with the exception that you also have a place to store & charge your RV/Van.  Stop in at any of our communities for the same treatment.

Membership in one community gives you access to them all & gives you a Home Base.

A One Time $50,000  Membership Fee Covers  & Your Furnished 1 bedroom Tiny House, Bunker Spot & Everything In Them.

$500 a Month covers your monthly membership fee for the benefits of which ever community you are staying also while traveling.

 

What is a Retiree Membership?

This Is Not A  Workshare Membership.

You have worked hard already, now enjoy it!

The Initial Membership Fee Is Based On The Home Type & Size You Want & Is The Total Price For Your Home.

$15,000 - $75,000.

We Build It & You Move In Turn-Key In 4 Months or Less.

Your monthly Membership fee once you move in is $500 & will never go up.

 

What is a Lifetime Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership.

A Lifetime Member usually has a family & a large home for them to fit.

It includes a separate easement & bunker.

$150,000 -$500,000 Based on home size to be built

They are members of the community & have the same access to all the amenities.

$1000 - $1500 monthly membership fee

It Includes A Custom Home & All the benefits, with no work.

This Membership is Not Available in all communities.

What is a Premium Lifetime Membership?

These do not have to be the largest most fancy homes, you can choose any of our offered sizes & types, they are premium because these Memberships do not pay a monthly fee for the benefits for the first 15 years as a way of investment for us to build Workshare Members homes & buy more properties .

They are members of the community & have the same access to all the amenities & other communities. The prices for this Membership is based on home size & base monthly membership fee for that size home x 10 years, yes 5 five extra years is bonus to you for investing in us.

The Price For This Membership Starts At $250,000.00 - $3.5 million.​

This Is The Membership Required For a Village (3 or More homes grouped together), for your family full time homes, business retreat, vacation home.​​​​
