Workshare Program

What is a Workshare Membership?

A Workshare Member is the first Level of Membership in our communities. 

It is UNI PHI's version of entry level home ownership.

It can be combined with a down payment to shorten the terms.

While in Temp housing the Membership Fee is $350 & adjusts when you move in your custom home.

Workshare Memberships are designed with younger people & single retirees in mind.

Couples are welcome too!

Single Members pay a one time non-refundable $2500 minimum towards their home.

Couples pay a $5000 minimum one time fee & Only 1 does a workshare or you can split it.

There is no additional charge for children.

This Plan Is Designed To Be Complete & Paid For After 7 Years Max.

You choose your home 1/2 way (help design it) through at that point, you earned it.

We will start building your custom home or you can move into a pre-built one that you like.

Workshare Members learn & work & get promoted within our system & earn a Lifetime Membership/Retirement. Keep your home or upgrade.

Workshare:

1 Block = 1.5 Hours

You do not have to do the same thing all day, milk goats then go read to children later, the schedule like most other places is set 2 weeks out & you choose where & when you work.

Simply put, it is your Labor contribution to the communities & earns you a home.

It is designed to replace your current part-time slave job.

Each member works 3 Hours (2 blocks) per day 5 days a week & is paid for any extra. 

The Blocks can be split up throughout the day.

Once You Have Earned Enough Points For Promotion to Lifetime or Retiree Member,

You No Longer work Or choose to continue with seniority & pay. 

There are many jobs to fill daily & you choose what to learn & do as your workshare.

Yes Jobs off-site are ok. It's your time.

The 3 Pay Rates

Entry Level = $15 Per Block   

Gopher, small tasks, little responsibility. Needs Supervised.

Office & Outside.

First 3 Months

Workshare Member = $20 Per Block

Multiple small tasks & larger tasks, Less Supervision.

Office & Outside & Offsite.

​

Workshare Manager =$40 Per Block

Operates & Maintains a part of a micro-business within a community.

Manages a team of 3-5 Workshare Members.

Workshare Leader = $75 Per Block

Skilled Men & Woman that can complete a project up to UNI PHI's standards with a team or by themselves & dedicates time to teaching these skills back  to the community & public.
