Your new home will generate it's own power = off grid.
It will also come turn-key = fully furnished.
All Fixtures, Couches, Chairs, Bed, Bedding, Lights, Desks, Cabinets, Appliances,
Utensils, Silverware, Cups, Bowls, Rugs, All Of It Is Included
It can be used as a full time living home or vacation home.

The Winner Will Be Notified Before We Announce It To The Public To Prevent Doxxing & A Background Check Ran, IF THEY PASS THEY WIN.

After The First 3 Months Of Free Community Benefits The Winner Will Be Offered A General Membership with the cost of a Tiny home instead of a hobbit home = $500 a month instead of $1000.
This home is a part of a Private Community Membership, It is kept in the Communities Trust = Tax Free & You will be made a Beneficiary in the Trust, including a passive income. If at anytime you do not like being here, we will buy your membership/home back.
July 26th 2025 Is The No Later Than Date For The Home To Be Done, In The Event That It Is Completed Sooner, The Winner Can Move In Sooner, There Is No Penalty For Moving In Later, Or Using It As A Vacation Home.
