What is a Workshare Membership?

A Workshare Member is the first Level of Membership in our communities. 

It is UNI PHI's version of entry level home ownership.

Workshare Memberships are designed with younger people & single retirees in mind.

Couples are welcome too!

Single Members pay a one time non-refundable $2500 towards their home.

Couples pay a $4500 one time fee & Only 1 does a workshare or you can split it.

There is no additional charge for children.

This Plan Is Designed To Be Complete After 7 Years Max.

You choose your home at that point, you earned it.

Workshare Members learn & work & get promoted within our system & earn a Lifetime Membership/Retirement. Keep your home or upgrade.

Monthly Membership Fee

Basic Workshare Membership $500 = A Single Person Micro Or Tiny Home.

Standard Workshare Membership $800 = A Single Or 2 Person Home. Any Design.

Deluxe Workshare Membership $1000 = A Small Family Size Home, Stone Tower or Hobbit Home.

Premium Workshare Membership $1500  = A Large Family Home, Any Design.

 

Workshare:

1 Block =2.5 Hours

You do not have to do the same thing all day, milk goats then go read to children later, the schedule like most other places is set 2 weeks out & you choose where & when you work.

Simply put, it is your Labor contribution to the communities & earns you a home.

It is designed to replace your current full-time slave job.

Each member works 5 Hours (2 blocks) per day 5 days a week & is paid for any extra. 

The Blocks can be split up throughout the day.

Once You Have Earned Enough Points For Promotion to Lifetime or Retiree Member,

You No Longer work Or choose to continue with seniority & pay. 

There are many jobs to fill daily & you choose what to learn & do as your workshare.

Yes Jobs off-site are ok. It's your time.

Move In Cost:

The Initial one time Membership Fee  of $2500 for Singles & $4500 for couples.

The Monthly Membership Fee Covers All The Benefits & Your Furnished House, Bunker Spot & Everything In Them & Is Based On The Home Size You Choose & Starts the Next Month After Moving In..

What is a General Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership.

A built to suit home, not ready to retire, may or may not want to participate in community events or workshares. This is the membership for those with off-site full time jobs. 

This Membership Starts at $25,000.00 - $75,000, the initial fee is included & no difference for singles or couples.

What is a Standard Van Life RV'ers Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership. Working Is Optional.

Includes, electric hook ups, Covered or Forest parking.

Stop in at any of our communities for the same treatment.

Membership in one community gives you access to them all & gives you a Home Base.

A One Time $2500 single $3500 couple Membership Fee

You get the same benefits  for $250 a month while staying in your own rig.

What is a Premium Van Life RV'ers Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership.

You Do Not Have To Work!

You get to choose one of our fancy tax free, maintained free, natural homes, they include all our other regular workshare member benefits, with the exception that you also have a place to store & charge your RV/Van.  Stop in at any of our communities for the same treatment.

Membership in one community gives you access to them all & gives you a Home Base.

A One Time $50,000  Membership Fee Covers  & Your Furnished 1 bedroom Tiny House, Bunker Spot & Everything In Them.

$500 a Month covers your monthly membership fee for the benefits of which ever community you are staying also while traveling.

What is a Retiree Membership?

This Is Not A  Workshare Membership.

You have worked hard already, now enjoy it!

The Initial Membership Fee Is Based On The Home Type You Want & Is The Deposit For Your Home.

$25,000 - $75,000.

Your monthly Membership fee is based on your fixed income & home size.

From $500 -$1000​.

What is a Lifetime Membership?

This Is Not A Workshare Membership.

​A Lifetime Member usually has a family & a large home for them to fit.

It includes a separate easement & bunker.

$150,000 -$500,000 Based on home size to be built

They are members of the community & have the same access to all the amenities.

$1000 - $1500 monthly membership fee

It Includes A Custom Home & All the benefits, with no work.

This Membership is Not Available in all communities.

What is a Premium Lifetime Membership?

These do not have to be the largest most fancy homes, you can choose any of our offered sizes & types, they are premium because these Memberships do not pay a monthly fee for the benefits for the first 15 years as a way of investment for us to build Workshare Members homes & buy more properties .

They are members of the community & have the same access to all the amenities & other communities. The prices for this Membership is based on home size & base monthly membership fee for that size home x 10 years, yes 5 five extra years is bonus to you for investing in us.

The Price For This Membership Starts At $250,000.00 - $3.5 million.​

This Is The Membership Required For a Village (3 or More homes grouped together), for your family full time homes, business retreat, vacation home.​​​​​​​​
