By Joining Any Of The UNI PHI Communities, You Are A Member Of All Of The Communities & Have Access To All Of Them.

The Monthly Membership Benefits Fees End After 10 Years Of Membership & You & Your Children Retain The Benefits For Life.

Chemical Free Food & Water

UNI PHI Farms & Other Local Farmers will be building out the Educational Farm & Farmsteads to provide food for our communities. Clean Ready To Take home food will be available at the Community Kitchen. One half will be a made to order restaurant with the same quality food, the other half will be the Community Market where you can shop for free & stock your fridge & pantry.

All the water on the property is from Spring fed & deep well sources. We go above & beyond to ensure our food & water stays clean.

Home Insurance & Taxes

By being a Member & keeping your property in the Community Trust we cover your home 100% from natural disasters + everything else regular full coverage would offer. We keep up your homes yard & homes maintenance, including appliances.

Holistic Healing Access

We offer access to to natural medicines & practitioners, free of extra charges.

We can't promise Health, but we can offer many paths, only you know the correct one.

All Ages Education

We will be following a Guild system that allows all aspects of learning & a comprehensive path towards achievement.

Profit Sharing

Each of our communities has micro-businesses at the heart of the parallel economies we are driving. As a Member you will receive profit sharing payouts as these businesses are up & running. You may also participate and be paid a fair wage.

Recreation & Amenities

Each Community will have unique activities & amenities available to all members from lakes & river fronts to horseback trail riding & ziplining through the forest. Quiet space to enjoy a book & places to inspire the making of Art. You will have the time.
